Colour negative is usually back out the door within 48 hours of arriving. E-6 slide runs twice a week. Prints are made to order and ship in 7-10 days.

Yes — every negative is returned sleeved unless you ask us to hold or dispose of it instead.

Every roll is camera-scanned and comes with a converted, ready-to-use JPEG set plus the unconverted linear RAW file. The RAW stays on our storage too, so you can come back and re-convert a frame later, free.

Mail-in service is open worldwide. Contact us first if you're outside the US so we can flag any customs considerations for undeveloped film.

Yes — rescans and prints from your own negatives don't need to go through development here first.

Almost always worth a try — fogging and colour shifts from age or X-rays are common and don't usually mean a blank roll. We'll flag anything unusual we see on the negatives when your scans come back.
